Your phone number is your unique identity, and, on registering, you will instantly receive a confirmation SMS pertaining to your points accumulated.

Growel’s ++ points can be earned based on all your purchase at the mall.

Your total bills/invoices during each and every visit to the mall will define your points.

Growel’s ++ points can then be redeemed by availing redemption vouchers of various denominations from the Growel’s ++ Desk.

You can also redeem your points for Parking Charges.

Growel’s ++ Terms & Conditions

• Growel’s ++ loyalty program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Growels Group (Growel’s 101 Mall). Participation in this loyalty program membership is optional.
• Only one member can be registered against a single mobile number. Similarly, only one mobile number can be registered against one member.
• Registering for the Growel’s ++ loyalty program means individual has opted for and accepted the terms and conditions of the Program. Growel’s 101 Mall can therefore use the mobile number for updating individual on his account activity, account expiry dates and other promotional updates for individuals benefitting through SMS.
• All communication will be sent to the registered mobile number and it is the responsibility of the member to update his mobile number in case of a change in number. All communication will be deemed to have been received by the member and Growel’s 101 Mall will bear no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the network or any other means.
• As part of our endeavour to provide valuable information and offers to members, Growel’s 101 Mall may develop SMS lists or mailing lists for use by themselves and their program associates. These lists are developed under strict supervision and in compliance to applicable statutory regulations, as so as to safeguard the privacy of the member’s information.
• Growel’s ++ points earned during the course of the day or shopping hours cannot be redeemed on that same day.
• Consent to receive such offers will be deemed as given until such time that the member expressly withdraws his or her consent to receive SMS and other program information from Growel’s 101 Mall and its program associates. This can be done by opting out of the relevant program by notifying Growel’s 101 Mall through email at – events@growel.com. Withdrawal of consent may result in certain services not being offered and/or provided to the member.
• For redemption, vouchers will be available as per the stock. If Gift Vouchers or movie ticket voucher are unavailable, the customer care executive will inform further stating availability of voucher. Customer choice of brand gift Vouchers will not be entertained.
• The G++ desk will be operational from 11 am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday, post which all bills can be dropped in the drop box. Any invoices older than 10 days will not be accepted by the system.
• Growel’s ++ has no predetermined termination date and may continue this program until such time as Growel’s 101 Mall decides to terminate the program, at any time, with or without notice to the members. Accumulation of reward points will cease immediately on termination of the program. However, members will be given three months; from the date the Program termination is announced, to redeem the rewards/balance points available on the account. No cash will be given at the time of redemption.
• The nature, quantum, frequency, method, timing and hierarchy of the rewards and benefits under the Growel’s++ loyalty program is entirely at the discretion of Growel’s 101 Mall management and are not guaranteed or available to the members as a matter of right. Growel’s 101 Mall management may vary the rewards and benefits from time to time. The redemption vouchers are not transferrable in any other form or cash.
• Rewards and benefits once claimed against a mobile number will not be available again even if it is redeemed wrongly or to a wrong person. While we have instituted adequate safety measures to ensure that the program is not misused, it cannot be guaranteed. Any person in possession of a mobile phone can claim and redeem the benefits and rewards of the member registered against such mobile number. The mall management cannot match the identity of the claimant with that of the registered member. In case of loss or theft of mobile phone, please inform the mall management immediately.
• Growel’s ++ points that are unused for one year will expire unless redeemed.
• The management has the right to terminate the loyalty program in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of the above arrangement without any prior notice.
• Growel’s 101 Mall management reserves the right to alter/vary/change/modify/amend/ any or all the terms and conditions of this program without prior intimation and this program is subject to your compliance of rules and regulations formed by us from time to time.
• Growel’s 101 Mall management disclaims all or any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the Web site, users, or by human or technical errors related to the loyalty programme.
• In case of any dispute arising over the above arrangement the same may be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by Growel’s 101 Mall management.
• The rewards scheme and loyalty program can be withdrawn at any point of time and operations are at the sole discretion of the mall management. Redemption voucher dispersal is at the sole discretion of the management and valid up to stocks last.
• By entering the programme, the members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which are governed by Growel’s 101 Mall Management. Growel’s 101 Mall Management and all entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of the State of Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions submit all such disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maharashtra, provided that for the exclusive benefit of Growel’s 101 Mall Management, it shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of an entrant’s residence.
